Payment Terms

• Donations made to the Kariega Foundation are solely for charitable purposes.
• All donations are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse any donation.
• An electronic receipt will be sent to the donor's email address upon successful payment processing.

Use of donation

• Donations will be used for specific projects when requested and if possible.
• However, we reserve the right to use donations at our discretion but within our stated charitable objectives.

Tax Deductibility

• South African donors may request an 18A certificate.

Security and Data Protection

• Personal and financial information is kept confidential and protected and will not be shared with third-party organizations.
